Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Germany

Tracking Information

Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will be informed accordingly if this occurs.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items
