Due to an excessive fish stocking or a temporary imbalance in the aquarium, an excessive presence of mineral or organic substances (NO3 and PO4) can occur, which can be harmful to invertebrates, sometimes leading to the formation of undesirable algae or, in any case, an excessive presence of organic and mineral substances.

DF FilterM is an innovative, versatile filter material of natural origin, characterized by an open channel structure and designed for both the elimination of organic and mineral parts and as a substrate for bacterial colonies in a natural saltwater aquarium.

Placed in the filter and inoculated with live bacteria from DF Aquano, it will slowly change its absorbency and contribute to the formation of a gradual and excellent bacterial flora, as well as have a positive effect on the biological and mineral balance.

Dosage: 1000 ml is suitable for 500 – 1000 liters of aquarium water. Replace proportionally or entirely every two weeks as needed.
